Infertility Evaluation
Before starting treatment, a detailed evaluation is conducted for both partners:
Ovarian reserve (AMH, AFC) and Hormonal profiles
Hysterosalpingography (HSG - Uterine Film) and Tubal patency
Ultrasonographic evaluation of the ovaries and uterus
Semen analysis (Spermiogram) and DNA fragmentation for the male partner
Thyroid, prolactin, and vitamin levels
Evaluation of endometrial structure and intrauterine pathologies
Our Treatment Methods
Ovulation Induction: Medication is used to ensure the ovaries function correctly in patients with irregular ovulation. This is highly effective for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
Insemination (IUI – Intrauterine Insemination): Prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus during ovulation. It is simple, painless, and preferred in early-stage or unexplained infertility.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): Eggs collected from the woman and sperm from the man are fertilized in a laboratory. The resulting embryos are then transferred to the uterus. It is successful in cases of blocked tubes, advanced age, endometriosis, or recurrent miscarriages.
Microinjection (ICSI): A single sperm is injected into each egg using a special microneedle. This is the gold standard for male-factor infertility.
Embryo and Egg Freezing (Oocyte Freezing): Ideal for preserving fertility before cancer treatments, in cases of low ovarian reserve, or for women who wish to postpone pregnancy.
Endometrial and Ovarian Support Treatments: We offer advanced regenerative methods such as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Exosome therapy, and PBMC to enhance embryo implantation and strengthen ovarian functions.
