Urogynecological Surgery
Urogynecological surgery is a specialized surgical field covering the treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse (bladder, uterus, bowel, vagina), and pelvic floor disorders. At our center, these surgeries are performed using modern, safe, and minimally invasive methods. Our goal is to restore women's quality of life, freedom of movement, and daily comfort.
Which Surgeries Do We Perform?
Urinary Incontinence Surgeries (TOT / TVT): These "sling" surgeries are the gold standard for stress urinary incontinence (leaking when coughing, laughing, jumping, etc.); they provide high success rates and rapid recovery.
Laparoscopic Burch Surgery: An effective surgical method with high long-term success rates for treating stress urinary incontinence. In this technique, the bladder neck and urethra are strengthened via the laparoscopic (closed) method to restore anatomical support.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse Surgeries: In cases of uterine, bladder, or bowel prolapse, the anatomical structure is restored to its natural position. Vaginal, laparoscopic, or combined approaches can be utilized.
Laparoscopic Sacrocolpopexy: One of the gold standard methods for vaginal vault or uterine prolapse, providing successful long-term anatomical results.
Laparoscopic Lateral Suspension: A modern technique developed in recent years for vaginal vault or uterine prolapse, offering successful long-term outcomes.
Perineal Repair / Pelvic Floor Reconstruction: Weaknesses in the perineum and pelvic floor due to birth trauma are surgically repaired.
